Background
This is an experiment with using Dyn Fog as internal lighting. Instead of lighting the scene from a light source offscreen, or a point light, this looks like there's little lights scattered around everywhere - a bioluminescent realm. It's actually a tweak from the parameters I used in my Underwater Fractal Tutorial.
